Tiny Patience Ring w/ .78ct Diamond

We decided to revisit one of our favorite designs, the Patience ring and make tiny version. Well, smaller, perhaps not too tiny. The cushion rosecut diamond center is 0.78ct, we finished the ring with a satin sandblast.
