Stamped 10k yellow gold hourglass pendant. Similar hourglass pendants we found date this piece to the 1960s with diamond dust as the sand, though we can't confirm that is true for this pendant. The hourglass symbolizes that life is finite, a memento mori. Vintage sourced items are final sale and we do not do repairs on them.
